India's cyber retort

Major decision of central government in India. Nearly 59 Chinese apps such as Tiktok, Likee, the UC browser, Clean Master, Bigo Live, Club Factory were completely banned. This means that now people using these apps will be treated as traitors in India.

The talk of banning all these apps in India started burning like fire since recent days, when the video of Carryminati was removed from YouTube, after that many more people also said this, now a few days ago Apple CEO Tiktok was accused of data theft. The talk of banning all these apps in India started burning like fire since recent days, when the video of Carryminati was removed from YouTube, after that many more people also said this, now a few days ago Apple CEO Tiktok was accused of data theft.

India has also taken a very good and necessary step to protect all these Chinese apps' privacy and to pay tribute to the martyrs of our soldiers in the encounter with China on the AC. Although many people in India were invoking the slogans of Boycott China, but inside they were insulting India by running Tiktok. This decision of the Modi government is less praised.

I myself welcome this decision of the government, even if our people are not wise, they can never come. Now, perhaps those who were playing themselves in the army and in Bollywood by driving Tiktok, might think that their eyes should be open and really do something creative in their lives, do not smell. And avoid the ill effects of digital apps.

Now more and more new claims are being made about these Chinese apps.It is also being said that Tiktok and many camera apps are even accessing your locations and send these locations to the Chinese government, with the help of these data , they are now able to know more about you like about your family, friends and If I say that they know you more than your Girlfriend/Boyfriend more than you. So, It's clearly to be understand that they have enough knowledge about you which can be used by them to exploit you within a second.

The another big reason that we should thank to our Government for imposing  ban on such social media apps, that I personally thought, as we seen that India is one of the biggest market for these such social media apps. Indians are likely found to be more curious to try new apps and gadgets and we have a very big population which is around  138cr or 1.38 billion which is second largest population after china having population of 144cr or 1.44 billion people. But, In many aspects of International markets and global countries , India is termed as the world biggest market because of its Democratic environment, every citizen have their own liberty and their own fundamental rights which gave the freedom to choose the appropriate as the basis of their own needs, which can neither be seen in case of China.

Also, we have seen in recent 4~5 years, as the Internet pops up and they are joining to any social media , there are news breaking out regarding the data piracy even by most of US based social media apps like facebook and other. People are now taking least interest to these platforms because they are becoming more concern regarding their data. So, if there are any platforms like facebook which belongs to our Country , people would like to enjoy them.

And, If we talk about the data privacy aspects, so we need not to worry because these data are stored in India's data center, and will be more protected from earlier. Also, developing a social media app is becoming a very trending startups in upcoming days and will create thousands of jobs for Indians. So, be self reliant and help the nation to grow.If I talk about more alternatives, here Elyments can be considered as a next facebook type social media app made by India.

  1. As per your thought, boycott china was a good decision and i agree with this but some of us are doing the things that affects the decision taken by the government. Government should also provide alternatives like Made in india -apps and mobiles . Some people thought boycott china means not using the chinese product and then they started exploiting the product but they don't know the product we had already purchased by us or by retailers we already gave money for this to china. Lets see our light festival (Diwali).

    1. well said saurav bhaii, boycott doesn't means that not praise any good products . since we have seen Chinese products like vivo oppo realme mi etc are performing well in India and also the sale of these products creates more jobs here and most of these products are made in India , it boots Indian economy. But India shouldn't never be dependent on other country If possible India could have Invest on Indian startups and encourage them also the role of public is very much important in a building of a powerful nation.
