Don't Visit Here Again - Sad Story of Village Charekh , Kotdwar

India is a republic, we all live in this new India today. We are free and we have been alive for 74 years, and many people have sacrificed their lives for this freedom, did they want this freedom for themselves? I do not believe Those people had fought the freedom struggle so that we could all breathe in the open air, live on our own free will, we could roam free of our own will, and today we got it all.

With the independence of India, we get all our rights for which millions of people of our country have set their lives, our rights have been fixed in which we have got the right to roam, the right to education, the right to information, to speak Right, got the right to express, and even after independence, these rights were changed from time to time so that we can spread our lives with happiness.You must be wondering why I am talking all this to you today, so we come directly to the issue. Friends, just a few days ago I was surfing videos on the Internet. Only then I got a video on which I realized that could put this thing in front of people.Friends, this is the story of a small village in Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand named Charekh, which is located at a distance from Kotdwar, the same village. By the way, nowadays social media is frozen, then this thing could have come in front of us, otherwise this big issue would have remained hidden from the people.

 

Friends, as you all know, Uttarakhand is known for the beauty of its mountains. People come from far away places to see the beauty of its mountains. Is Delhi or Mumbai also come from foreigners to enjoy the beauty here. Many people also bring food with them in this journey so that they can have some light snacks during the journey, but the pity that the people bring the food with them is that they leave their garbage after eating it They go away. Something similar has happened with this village too.

 
People come here on the pretext of walking and after taking cover of the items brought with them like biscuits, cold drinks, chips, etc., on the streets, and throwing them in the fields of the people, and some other people travel with them. They also bring liquor to enjoy, after which those people (tourists) destroyed the liquor bottles and threw them on their fields near the houses of the people.Due to which many times people who used to take their cows on the fields to feed their buffaloes, their animals have also get much injuries than this, or the women, mothers and sisters who go there to feed their pets, also get this broken glass. Has been hurt by pieces of glass.

Do not know how many times people have lodged their complaints to the local administration, but so far neither the government nor the administration has received any response, due to which the people were forced to take action on their own. Now the people there themselves are searching for people who have come to roam the mountains.It is also being heard that many of the tourists who come there get intoxicated with alcohol and also indulge in profanity with local women. There is also an appeal to all the tourists of the people that if you are coming to visit, then you are welcome but also take back the garbage that you brought with you.

Now I come back to my point from where I started, that is freedom, believe that your house is there and some guest should come and mess up your house, throw garbage here and behave indecently with your family members How would you like it? Will you be able to allow your guest to come back home? So imagine what will be going on the people of Charekh village, will those people now be able to welcome the tourists who have come to visit their mountains with such warmth? There is still time to be aware, make your town town beautiful, otherwise if everyone keeps the same mindset that the garbage will be dumped in front of other's house, then the day is not far from the day, people who praise the beauty of the mountain, the rising dirt in it do.
